The Incense Burner

Today was a blessed day. I went to Frances Beatrice McIntosh's Funeral.
On the way I picked up some flowers and saw a beautiful Cross. It has the same Symbols as I saw, in my dream, on Trinity Sunday. I bought it for my Birthday this Sunday. The same Symbol as the old carpet at Saints Paul's in Huntly.
I digress. I really went there out of sympathy for her suffering because she was a beautiful woman. But I found out that she was a dedicated, loyal, faithful follower of Jesus.
I accepted full Mass with my fellow Catholics and enjoyed God's Sun shining upon us.
And I've done a quick Sketch of the incense burner. I shall try and remember the beautiful pane glass windows in my next sketch.

And I was told that I looked Modern.

I was privileged to meet such a marvellous woman.

The Symbol in my dream was a Fleur-de-lis. Also archaic Flower- de-luce. Apparently in Heraldry - A device consistting of a stylish three-petaled IRIS flower, used as the armorial emblem of the Kings of France. 2. An Iris, especially, a white flowered form of Iris germanica. that would be a bearded Iris I would say. If you could extract the perfume of the Iris I would definity buy it!

I did not know that Fleur-de-lys was associated with the Iris - Wow!
What a birthday present to myself to discover that!
