Well, Barb, if that's a serious question...when photographing artwork you generally should take it in full daylight (make sure sun not shining so hard it reflects on surface). Make sure you are square on so it fills the camera, I zoom out and in which helps it focus evenly. Then I use a photo editing programme to crop the photograph to eliminate anything around the outside (unless I want a black or coloured edging in which case I might lay it on some fabric). Picasa is a free to download programme which can do the cropping and other simple editing.

By the way, I love the composition and your energetic line, I can see the brush lifting off the surface with energy.
