Ginger + Apple Muffins

Ginger + Apple Muffins


4 oz Sugar (1/2 Refined + 1/2 Raw) 
4 oz Butter
2 Large Eggs
2 Cups Flour ( 3/4 Plain + 1/4 Wholemeal)
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 tsp Ginger
Pinch of Salt if desired
1 tblsp Golden Syrup
1 Cup of Milk
1 Large, finely chopped Granny Smith (or alternative Cooking apple)


Method

Cream Butter + Sugar
Add Eggs
And continue beating
Sift Flour + Dry Ingredients
Add finely Chopped Apple
Place into patty Trays
And cook @ 180 C for 15 minutes
Cooks 12 Large Muffins
