The Girls did a Wheelie
In the Paddock
On the way up the Hill
No one was Hurt
And Great Hilarity ensued
The Girls (Dell and I)
Pushed the Buggy
Up the Hill
I almost Spat the dummy
In the Rain
And managed
To fight back
Against Rae Thorp
To Win on the 
Last Hole
Golf is a
Wonderful Game
Especially when 
You are Lucky

Well …the only thing I'm any Good at these Days would be High Tea's Baked Cakes with Cucumber Sandwich's.  Any excuse to Show off a few of my Etchings!

Ginger + Apple Muffins

Ginger + Apple Muffins


4 oz Sugar (1/2 Refined + 1/2 Raw) 
4 oz Butter
2 Large Eggs
2 Cups Flour ( 3/4 Plain + 1/4 Wholemeal)
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 tsp Ginger
Pinch of Salt if desired
1 tblsp Golden Syrup
1 Cup of Milk
1 Large, finely chopped Granny Smith (or alternative Cooking apple)


Method

Cream Butter + Sugar
Add Eggs
And continue beating
Sift Flour + Dry Ingredients
Add finely Chopped Apple
Place into patty Trays
And cook @ 180 C for 15 minutes
Cooks 12 Large Muffins
